The biggest update is support for multiple streaming services. In addition to Apple Music, it now works with Spotify, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music, making it usable for a much wider range of users.
Hi everyone đź‘‹
I'm Kenji, the maker of NFCPlayer.
With version 1.1, NFCPlayer now supports Spotify, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music in addition to Apple Music.
When I first released NFCPlayer, it was limited to Apple Music. This update is a big step forward, making the app available to many more people regardless of which streaming service they use.
But this app is not just about convenience.
I created NFCPlayer because I wanted to bring back a sense of “physical interaction” with music.
Today, music is always available, but it's often buried inside apps. You unlock your phone, search, and tap multiple times just to play something.
With NFCPlayer, you simply tap an NFC tag—and your music starts.
You can place tags anywhere: on your desk, in your car, or around your home. Each one becomes a physical trigger for a specific moment or mood.
My goal is to make music feel more tangible again—something you can touch, not just scroll.
I hope this update helps more people experience that.
I’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback. Thanks so much for your support 🙏
Note:
• Apple Music supports in-app playback.
• Other services open their respective apps.
