Nifty is a new-wave project management tool that reduces project development cycles and improves team productivity by combining collaboration, communication, and automation. Imagine Asana, Slack, & Trello in one truly collaborative workspace!
Best PM software for NGOs and small teams!
We were looking for a reasonable alternative to Asana because their pricing model is a rip off for small non-profits and I came across Nifty. I want to leave a review because we fell in love with the product and the support since @shivkapoor was super helpful to clarify some questions and accommodate our needs.
Pros
+ possibility to assign more than 1 person to a task
+ awesome and responsive support
+ neat and intuitive UI
+ customizable UI, I can switch off the chat function which we don't use so the UI stays sleek
+ dependencies and milestones
+ Gantt view
+ Great features like integrated time tracking and custom fields that allow us to customize tasks to our needs
+ compared to other pm software best pricing for small teams
+ discount for Non-Profits
Cons
- What can be improved from my perspective is the mobile app but I only use the web app anyway
Keep up the good work!

Nifty has a remarkable user interface. It could very well compete with the major players in the cloud project space. But that’s where it ends. The mobile apps are buggy and support has been downward-trending. They’ve had some security and availability issues in the past—in fairness the latter has improved since they changed platforms to AWS. But a few weeks ago, we had some projects magically create themselves and users were assigned to things we hadn’t assigned them to. Support was unable to troubleshoot it. So I suspect they are having security issues. That being said, I bought a lifetime deal and I do still use it. I am careful, however, not to put ANYTHING in it that I wouldn’t want exposed to the world. I hope they fix this stuff. This platform could be great.
@d3f3nd0r Hey Suman, we're working hard to onboard as many teams as quickly as possible. You should hear from us very soon - within the next couple weeks!

@shivkapoor +1 for access here. Have tried all sorts in recent years (Trello, Asana, etc) and more recently tools like Notion but feel they are all not able to truly create a 'one tool fits all' solution. This seems promising so far. Can I play?
@jasondainter Sure thing! I'll expedite an invite to be sent to you by next week so you can take Nifty for a test drive. Please make sure you've already subscribed to our early access so we can shoot that invite to you.

Found Nifty as the first search result in Project Management apps in PH. My colleagues were looking at workep but the reason we found Nifty's upperhand was the Group Discussion and Chat widget in-app. UI is amazing, Very User friendly. Love it.
Pros:
Simple AF, have used a ton of PM apps for our startup. All were too complicated. Nifty did not took us more than a min to get familiarized.
Cons:
Came across a bug while registering. Most of my invitee team members could not sign up due to a bug. So not sure, if it is stable.

Ive been trialing the free plan, and 2 projects only is abit crap... but the pricing is way too expensive for me to pay for as a freelancer... back to Hassl.co for me i guess
Pros:
The app is perfect, everything about it is amazing, barring one thing.
Cons:
The price is extortionate!

Was a great tool that I started to work with and it promised a lot for a free user - I currently do one or two projects every couple of months but will be doing many more soon so a free account that could naturally migrate to paid as my business grows was cool. I tried adding a guest user to a project today to find out that the developer has decided to not allow this for basic users anymore despite no emails, no tweets, even the website still saying that you can invite unlimited guests. The app is plagued by being incredibly slow and buggy but I was willing to put up with this as the service grew but definitely not the quality and reliability that I would expect from a paid tool at this stage. Just can't stand their approach to communication (or lack thereof) and how they seem to think they can just treat users with little regard.
Pros:
Logical layouts and neat looking roadmap tools
Cons:
no more guests on free account - buggy and slow - google drive integration seldom works.

I love this tool! It still has to improve on some points, but it already is very promissing! Collaboration with team members and clients is a piece of cake,
