I'd like to know if this service is still in business? There are great reviews for the company, which was why I purchased this for my sister as a gift, however money was taken and no delivery made. From looking on social media platforms, this is common problem especially over the last 6 months. Whilst I'd understand a small innovative business struggling in these times, a lack of communciation means that sympathy is lost. We are all struggling so money shouldn't be taken if the order can never be fulfilled.
