The Bulletproof framework has helped countless users maximize Notion, and Version 4 resets the standard. It adds Notion’s latest features, refined strategies, and new innovations from other apps to form the most powerful foundation for any workspace.
Congrats on the launch William! Been incredible watching your journey all these years and learning so much about Notion from you. I'm sure this addition will be another incredible resource for Notion users out there.
Thanks so much, @benln. What an honor to be hunted by the ultimate convergence of Notion and Product Hunt 🙃.
Continuous evolution is an essential tenet of maximizing Notion. Features are added; others are updated. Strategies improve; new ones are born.
An effective workspace is architected for evolution, and so is the Bulletproof framework. Each version leverages Notion's latest features and best practices while upholding the original principle of related master databases, accessed through contextual views.
Version 4 is simultaneously the simplest, prettiest and most useful yet. It's also the most accessible: For the first time, we're waiving the entry fee during the Product Hunt launch. Use the code HUNTERS_V4 when joining Notion A-to-Z, and we'll ask you to cover only the subscription fee for full access to Bulletproof, future updates, and all other templates and resources from Notion VIP.
I can't wait for you to get your hands on Bulletproof 4.0—and to stay empowered by it as Notion's riveting evolution continues.
Very cool! Is there maybe a demo somewhere to see how it looks like at its full potential?
I'm rather new to Notion/Bulletproof and the features, so a demo would be great!
Maybe you can still add something like that?
@lrueger Thanks so much. The overview video on YouTube (linked above) and landing page offer the best look right now. Over the coming months, I'll be diving deeper into individual databases in dedicated videos.
Thanks @andrew_leader. Indeed, automation is essential to a hyper-streamlined productivity system. Notion's native automation features leave much to be desired, especially when compared to competing apps like Airtable and Coda. As a result, Bulletproof tightly structures information to be automated with third-party services like Zapier and Make.
I'm eager to see Notion match the powerful automations in Airtable in Coda. 🙃
Thanks so much, @dikshapatrob. We're excited for you to try it.

Wow, congrats on the launch, William! It's been inspiring to witness your journey with Notion over the years. Can you tell us more about the evolution of Bulletproof 4.0? How does it leverage Notion's latest features? #ExcitedToTry
Thanks so much, @goyashy. With regard to leveraging new Notion features, the biggest updates are Wikis and the use of Notion's new formula language.
Wikis: An enormous benefit of Notion's Wiki feature is you can essential make a database item a database itself. Thus you can manage databases within an outer parent database. That's crucial to the underlying methodology of Bulletproof.
Formulas: When Notion upgraded to Formulas 2.0, it broke some old formulas. The lagacy formulas are fixed and tidied, and new ones are added to leverage new formula capabilities. Formulas will be a big part of Bulletproof's continued evolution.

The OG is back with another shot at goal! Bulletproof, I believe, was the very first premium Notion template and helped grow the Notion creator community. Excited to check out and support the new version!

Bulletproof framework seems like the go-to solution for maximizing Notion! 🚀 What's the standout feature in Version 4 that sets it apart, and how does it seamlessly adapt to the ever-evolving landscape of Notion's updates? 🌐
@aashish_peepra Thanks so much. Version 4 further simplifies Bulletproof in many ways, including flattening its hierarchical organizational structure, eliminating features that are "shinier" than functional, and leveraging Notion's much-improved Formulas 2.0. It also leverages the new Wiki feature, which I absolutely love for supporting databases as items of parent databases.
This simplification amplifies the expansive benefits of Bulletproof's underlying principle of structuring information in related master databases, then accessing it through contextual views. It also makes it much easier to expand for your own needs.
