Pros:Very easy to use and to create professional looking resumés.

I don't have anything negative to say about it! I'm skeptical of the things I use regardless of how good they may be. I almost always find something that could be improved that's probably specific to me, but this is one of those products that has blown me away completely.
Pros:One of the best tools I've ever used. Why? It makes resume creation a seamless process.
Cons:None. Suggestion maybe? It could include font styling for specific areas in the resume.

I had great success with my Novoresume resume. It stood out because it was unique and the template had those little extras which I would never have thought to add myself.
I am a female welder and when entering the field, needed a kick-ass resume that would get me noticed and land me the interviews. My Novoresume did just that. It looked really creative, was straight to the point and I was able to include a photo.
