I’ve been using Novoresume since long, and I’ve to admit it is one of the powerful tool you get out there inorder to develop a super awesome resume as fast as it can be.

Pros:

Easiest way to build a powerful resume

Cons:

Nothing sort of , however more flexibility can be introduced and more drag and drop

3. there is not format for academic cv

4. cannot download in other format such as word, because of some recruit agency prefer word format

Thank you for your feedback, Gowshi. In the near future we will implement even more templates in order to match as many industries and companies as possible, together with the Academia. Also, our team will discuss the creation of a simple Word file. However, most of the recruiters are switching to PDF files, since they have the same quality no matter the browser or device you are opening them with, and PDF files have an increased security compared to Word files.

I find this the best of this type of service, as it's the most flexible and easiest to manage/design.

Pros:

Better than average designs. Good for non-design oriented. Easy to use. Very flexible.

Cons:

No version control. Takes some time to get used to interface. Inability to save as anything but PDF initially.

the layout and the templets are quite good. the interface is also user friendly . the thing your application lacking is customization . its good but if bit more customization is there it will be best

Thank you for your feedback, Yogesh. When clicking on "Layout" in the top menu, you have the option to select "Custom Layout" which offers you full control through a drag & drop feature that allows moving the existing sections around and also adding new sections.
