Pros:It is a good & smart platform. I normally use my own templates for my resume but discovering Novorésumé, it comes very handily and easy.

Extremely simple and smooth UI which provides an easy
and quick way of building new CV. One of the biggest pros
is definitely the versatility and personalisation of the features when creating a CV. I'd welcome more design templates, but I guess that will come soon :-)

It's nice you have the predefined version for the lazy ones :)) , but I love the fact that it's also flexible and we can create our own customized version. The Anatomy Of A Perfect Résumé was very helpful, thanks for the tips :D.

Like with many templates, flexibility is anl issue. I've had many (!) career relevant jobs over the last five years, but I'm still not looking for a senior position... With limited flexibility in terms of actually moving elements around sort of "free hand," it's impossible for me to fit my experience onto one page (and there's not quite enough to fill two pages). I have played around with this app for hours to make me one-page resume work and never quiteee got there.

I have used Novoresume for 2years and anytime I have been using it, I landed and interview or sometimes a job. My managers and colleagues always want to use Novoresume after they see my resume or cover letter.
Pros:Easy to use and appealling. I like the tips that we get to always make better our resume.
Cons:I would appreciate more flexibity on the layout and colour that we could use for the resume and cover letter

I'm an Exec in transition. Long job search and I've renewed a few times, happily. When recruiters, head hunters and career coaches see my resume, they love it. Easy to read, it stands out-I use the creative template- and I interview regularly. I recommend to to friends all the time. my favorite part is the ease that I can change a section to reflect different job requirements. They have a matching cover letter section as well. I like it so much, I'd like to work with those guys,
