I have suggested Novoresume to few friends as it is the best and the easiest way to build your CV. For someone like me who is a student and a freelancer it is very important that each CV is build for each application. I think that proffesional approach and clean view of all the needed info is exactly what is necessary.

Pros:

They don't accept maestro cards

Cons:

Quick, professional, easy

Pros:

Fluid user interface. Been using the guys for 2 years already, and believe me it's much harder to make a fancy CV without Adobe PS skills.

Cons:

Showing graph with skills is never a great idea. This is completely relative to the perspective of the one who is making it… I have seen a lot of people who thought they were great even if they where really bad…

@katrynvonfelsen thank you for your feedback. Once in the editor, the user has the option to choose among different graphs in the Skills section, or write them in a simple list without any visuals around them. Therefore it is up to the industry/company someone is applying for, whether or not to use them. We have received numerous positive feedbacks from users who used the graph styles and after were hired were told that their resume stood out from the crowd and made the hiring manager interested in calling them for an interview. In conclusion, it is a personal choice whether or not to use them, and it differs from job to job, therefore we are giving the user to choose what they think is best for their specific case.

@andreikurtuy To offer that possibility, is always a good thing. But my personal advice is always to let our reference talk for us. At my job, when we look for new talents, we often receive people who think they are awesome at something, but when we receive them and talk with them, we discover that they really suck at it. Always be aware of too much self-awareness.
