What does your GTM automation stack look like in 2026?
Inquisitive about how other founders and GTM teams are stitching together their outbound and growth workflows right now.
The stack feels like it's shifting fast. A year ago most people I talked to were running some version of: Apollo/ZoomInfo for data, Clay for enrichment, Instantly or Smartlead for sending, Zapier or n8n to glue it all together, and maybe a CRM on top.
That's 4-5 tools minimum just to run outbound. Each with its own billing, its own learning curve, its own point of failure when something breaks.
So we ended up rebuilding most of it into a single workflow layer. Still figuring out what's worth keeping separate vs. consolidating.
A few questions I'd love to hear the community's take on:
How many tools are in your current GTM stack?
What's the one tool you couldn't live without?
Has anyone successfully consolidated from 15+ tools down to 2-3? What broke when you did?
For people using AI workflows: where is it actually saving time vs. where is it just a gimmick?
Drop your stack below. Would love to compare notes.
