AP Transit started as a simple frustration, NYC riders spend too much time guessing, where the train is, whether the ETA is trustworthy, which car to stand in for a fast transfer, and which exit actually saves you minutes. So I built a real time subway map focused on clarity and speed, trains move live on the map, ETAs come with reliability labels, you get “best transfer car” tips (Exit Strategy style), exit maps, and an in app chat for quick rider updates. During development I kept stripping features down to what makes decisions easier in the moment, less noise, more confidence. The result is 100% free, no ads, no paywalls.
