Off Market Homebuying App - Canvass the 95% of homes not listed. Create list/Send/Chat

I created an app which allows homebuyers to mass communicate with owners of unlisted homes. The idea is simple: buyers use our map which draws from our database of all 120 million residential properties in the USA(very expensive data). They draw a boundary/s around the area they are looking in, run filters and weed out properties from their list. It’s like canvassing the neighborhood asking anyone if they want to sell their house. How did I come up with the idea? It was truly a eureka moment for me. I had read that about 5% of homes are listed for sale at any given time. So I thought that means 95% of homes are not listed for sale but should still be available at the right price to the right sellers in the right situations. So MutinyRe was born! In about the same time it takes to toast bread you can create a list of homes and press send. Interested homeowners enter a unique code on the website or in app to communicate via chat with the buyer who initiated the mailout.
