The Creator built OfferFlowAI out of personal frustration during his own job search. He was getting a lot of recruiter emails every day, different roles, different companies, follow-ups, scheduling… and it quickly became overwhelming. He found himself spending hours just trying to keep track of conversations and not miss opportunities. There wasn’t really a simple way to organize everything in one place, so things would slip through the cracks. The main problem is that job seekers don’t struggle with finding opportunities, they struggle with managing them. Recruiter emails pile up fast: - conversations get lost - follow-ups are missed - it becomes hard to track what’s actually happening OfferFlowAI helps organize all of that into one clear workflow, so you can stay on top of every opportunity without the chaos. Initially, He thought this would be more of a simple email assistant. But while building and using it himself, He realized the real value is in structure, not just replying faster, but actually tracking and managing conversations properly. So the product evolved into more of a workflow tool: - organizing conversations - tracking progress - helping with replies when needed

This is a really smart insight—the difference between finding opportunities and managing them is huge. A lot of tools focus on the discovery side, but you're right that once you have multiple conversations going, the friction shifts to keeping everything organized and not dropping balls. Curious how you're thinking about integration with existing email workflows, since most job seekers are already deep in Gmail or Outlook.

You’re spot on about the shift from finding to managing opportunities!

Right now it’s focused on working alongside existing email workflows (especially Gmail), rather than replacing them. The idea is to sit on top of what people already use and help organize conversations, highlight important messages, and assist with replies without(!) forcing a new system.

Still early, but deeper integrations with Gmail/Outlook?etc... are definitely something I’m thinking about, especially around syncing threads and making everything feel more natural.
