Does your platform incorporate an intelligent system that analyzes issue details and status, allowing it to generate personalized responses automatically? This is super awesome. Currently, we have to export this information from a tool like Gong and then do a word cloud around it. Does it also connect with non-video calls?

@balamurali Yes it does get integrated with a lot of non-video based tools. We also have a chrome extension for you to push feedback from gong to Olvy.
