I had a smooth and enjoyable experience using this product. Here are my main takeaways:

  1. Effortless Onboarding: The product is extremely easy to get started with. All it takes is entering your website URL, and it automatically generates a talking sales expert. There’s no technical barrier, making it very accessible for users.

  2. From FAQ Assistant to Sales Expert: While I didn’t dive deep into the smart sales capabilities, I appreciate the shift in focus. Traditionally, Q&A tools are used for customer support. This product, however, positions itself as an intelligent sales agent that not only answers questions but also proactively drives conversions. It’s a smart differentiation within the Q&A space and brings a fresh perspective to how conversational AI can be used.

  3. Between Digital Human and Chatbot: There are already many digital human products offering interactive Q&A experiences, especially in markets like China where both online and offline digital human services are common. This product introduces a middle-ground solution—a photo-based avatar that doesn’t move, yet still engages in realistic conversation. While it’s not a fully animated digital human, it clearly steps into that application space. If full digital humans could be offered at the same cost, they would provide a richer visual experience, but this approach balances effectiveness and simplicity well. Looking ahead, it will be interesting to see how this kind of product evolves with the integration of Agent capabilities and LLMs, potentially becoming even more intelligent.

I’m quite impressed with this product. The experience was smooth, the Q&A responses were quick, and the speech output was fluent. It’s a well-executed product with clear value.
