OneDrop - Find blood donors & save lives

Hey everyone 👋 I built OneDrop because I’ve seen how stressful it can be to find a blood donor in time. People still rely on calls, group chats, and random posts — it’s chaotic when every second matters. OneDrop connects donors and patients directly — making blood donation coordination faster and easier. The app is fully functional right now, and we’re already working on a new UI to make the experience smoother and more modern. I’ve built this solo using Ktor and FastAPI for the backend — and it’s been a huge learning journey. I’d love your honest feedback on how to improve it, especially around user flow and reliability.
