Ugh, I've been looking for something like this for a while. I think if you've basically spent any amount of time building any B2B SaaS tool, the second you want to move to larger teams and the issue of large imports comes up, the CSV importer rears its head. At this point, I feel like we've built them for multiple products, but they all suck. The issue is that at the end of the day, you end up reduced to asking your customers to fill out a spreadsheet that's spec'd to your importer and do it in one go, but even then... there will be something that breaks it. So the actual solution? You just have a human in the loop do something that should be pure software, and it basically kills that import function if you're trying for it to be self-serve. Wish we had this for our last product, and definitely going to use it for our next congrats @andrew_luo1 and @christina_gilbert1... this is an almost perfect buy not build product that'll probably be universal in SaaS products in the future.
