Free, open-source Intercom alternative with feature parity

Hi all,

I think it is time there were an easy to host and maintain Intercom alternative that does everything we need without costing a fortune or being closed to improvements.

That's why I made Opencom!

Would love to get your thoughts and feedback, or find others looking for a product like this to use or contribute to.
