Looks like a great way to get some leverage and grow some engagement. My impression with the replies it wrote in the examples though was that they were clearly AI-generated. Is the customer able to provide custom prompting for tone of voice, and things not to say? I think there's a risk that an obviously AI comment could hurts your brand.

@jonnymiles Jonny, your concern is def valid! The examples are our pre-pre version. All of the current replies are unique for each customers, because 1. you know your product better than anyone 2.your tones can be learned by the agent, just upload some examples and they'll learn it right away! Hope you can give it a try! Looking forward to hearing your feedback :D
