Love this product! The API first approach and flexible data schema make Orbit useful to every community team! So many community teams get shoehorned into SFDC, which is a great tool... For sales! Orbits the right tool for community teams. I also recommend Orbit for early-stage b2d teams looking for insights to validate their MVP and personas. The engagement reports that Orbit delivers will help inform your DX strategy, content, ideal personas, etc. etc. etc. Hit me up, happy to chat more!!

Hi there! I'm the creator of https://ohmyz.sh/ and was introduced to Orbit about ~6 months ago. We were able to connect Orbit to our Github project/repo and Twitter to get a better idea of who some of our biggest contributors and vocal fans were. The data was really valuable and I quickly spotted a number of people who I didn't know too well and was able to start reaching out to share some appreciation. We recently wired Orbit up to our Discord server and we now have some good data on whom is providing a lot of day-to-day support to users of Oh My Zsh. Am still trying to think of a few more ways to connect to other data sets (for example our Shopify store to connect the dots so that say..a big contributor buys a T-shirt, I can leave a personalized thank you note to let them know I appreciated their GitHub contributions and/or help on Discord). Lots of ideas are floating around at the moment
