OutreachGuy - The AI SDR that works the leads you never followed up

by•
Most leads never get a second message. OutreachGuy is an AI SDR that picks up the list you never finished: old enquiries, demos that went quiet, trials that never paid. He researches each person, writes from your own inbox and accounts, and follows up on email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, phone, X, Instagram and Reddit. A reply changes the plan. When someone is ready to talk, he checks your calendar and asks you before he books.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Yoann, maker of OutreachGuy. Every business I know sits on a list it paid for and never finished: people who asked for a quote, saw a demo, started a trial, then went quiet. Nobody has time to follow up properly, and a sequence tool just sends the same email five times. OutreachGuy works that list like a good SDR would: - **Research:** before the first word, he reads each person's site, posts and your history with them. - **Reach:** he writes from your own inbox and accounts on email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, X, Instagram and Reddit, and he picks up the phone. - **Adapt:** a reply changes the plan. Someone answers on X? The conversation continues on X, and the second email is cancelled. - **Follow up:** for weeks if needed, inside the limits you set. An opt-out is final. - **You decide:** when someone is ready to talk, he checks your calendar and asks you before he books. It is built for lists where one customer is worth a real effort, not for blasting ten thousand emails. 7 days free with 1,000 credits. What list are you sitting on that you never followed up?

the ones who said "not now, maybe in spring". we have plenty of those, and when the gap is a few months nobody remembers to write back. does it come back to them on the date they gave, or on its own schedule?

writing from our own inbox and moving to X when someone answers there is the part that makes sense, a sequence tool woud just fire email #2 anyway

when he follows up for weeks from my own Gmail, is there a daily cap per inbox??? and does a bounce or spam complaint pause the whole list or only that one lead???
