I love the idea of Palette, congrats! I'm wondering, is Palette for people who have consumed content in the past & want to list it as a sort of 'content brand' in order to connect with like-minded community-members (& so find other great media via recommendations from others)? Or is it intended as a media 'watch/read list' of content you haven't watched/read yet? Or all of the above?! I went to set it up & became stuck! If I've already watched/read it, it's not a favourite for long so it dates & if I haven't watched it yet, then I'm listing to remind myself (which is a great tool & I liked the tick boxes you've set up!) I can see it being great for niche-media lovers ie if you're into crochet & love watching crafty indie films (or whatever!)
@emily_willis1 So, yes, it's for both creating lists of things you've read, watched, eaten at, shopped at, etc., and also for exploring/discovering new stuff in all those categories. We want this to be the ultimate way through which people get to know each other's personality and interests, and also see what their friends or favorite creators are up to.
If you have any specific feature requests or ideas, I would love to chat. I can also help you structure your palette and assist with any other requirements you have for your lists.
Thank you so much for such a thoughtful comment.
