As someone who has recently made the transition from individual contributor to engineering manager, these are the kind of guides I would have loved to have when I was interviewing. Being able to know what kinds of questions to expect would make me feel much more prepared and confident. Now that I'm on the other side of the table, it's great to see that candidates have a resource to find out more about the roles and the interview process. The better prepared a candidate is, the more time we can spend testing technical skills instead of their ability to answer questions in a high pressure scenario.
