Hi @garymlin, hard to compact our roadmap into a blurb 😅, but I’ll highlight a couple focus areas: build more checks to catch edge-case fraud, add more ways for customers to customize their flows in a self-serve manner, and add more functionality to the Dashboard to help customers continue automating all aspects of identity verification.

i’ve worked on a payments product where the existing KYC solutions didn’t meet the bar for us because sometimes we wouldn’t be able to find the customers identities and had to manually approve them i wish i could’ve used persona instead! its media aggregator feature would’ve helped us as we dealt with some profiles that have been involved in activities we wouldn’t tolerate on our platform. congrats! super cool product :)
