How is the survey being share, what is the copywriting, what questions are being asked, what is the tone, etc. really matter! That said, here are some best practices:
- Use video or audio prompts, with a supplemental text prompt
- Always use text backup, sometimes people are on the bus and can't speak aloud
- Keep it casual, and short. Don't ask unnecessary questions
- Match your brand (embed if possible)
