@phb A couple ones that are worth to consider: 1. Speed (i.e. all reports & segmentation are calculated on the fly and gets you results instantly, while in Matomo you need to wait for "archiving" to run). 2 Flexibility (e.g. in creating custom reports, in reporting unique visitors across any data range etc.) 3. Matomo does not come with a free version that is SaaS - you need to install it on your server and maintain it which costs time and money. 4. (Subjective) Modern UI and better UX (Matomo's UI hasn't changed much in over 10+ years, while Piwik PRO's was designed more recently) There are also others that are sector/country specific, e.g. compliance with EBA guidelines, or exemption from consent by CNIL(https://www.cnil.fr/fr/cookies-s... - there is no Matomo on the list).

@peppereddirt what exact error pops out? Any details regarding your current setup so we can reproduce?

@peppereddirt It may be caused by some ad blocking extensions blocking recaptcha. Can you whitelist the site and see if this persists?
