This reminds me of all the times I viewed photos of apartments only to be disappointed when I finally went there to see what was up. Very good concept! Though, taking the target audience into account, I feel like the logo would not prompt them to try it out. You might want to go for something that inspires trust and safety, for those that look for new abodes but also for those trying to sell.
