Plutio - One app to manage your entire small business 🎉

Why have not seen this product until now!? Looks really nice with all the features together in one app... just wish I didn't miss out on the discount or that AppSumo deal! :(

The software itself is great, but the customer service is totally abysmal, disrespectful even. After dozens of attempts to get help regarding my account, all I received were automated responses or copy and paste "solution" lists that were entirely unrelated to what I was explaining my problem was. It was as if no one even bothered to read the email.

Terrible experience with Plutio. It's been over 2 months since I am trying to get some help for you but there isn't any progress. A great product loved it at first sight. Background in case you forgot Purchased their lifetime subscription account from Appsumo and used it for over a year for one of my startups. One fine day, my account got deleted, my company's process got jeopardized, conveyed the same to them with all the details including the username & password but no response. It's been over 2 months and no progress. Their customer support is terrible. They don't respect customers nor give feedback promptly. They only respond every week or every 10 days. Plutio has great potential but because of their poor customer support, they may lose a lot of customers. @Leo Bassam, I don't think you are capable of scaling up yet.
