This really puts the lean into lean startup! I like the idea of rapidly validating your ideas. I just went through the process on the website and it feels a bit slow to generate the page. Obviously it's still very quick - it gets it done in 2-3 minutes but since you're just looking at a loading screen the whole time, I think you might see a significant drop-off during that process. Might be worth letting the users already customize a few things while the work is being done in the background. Just an idea tho!

For our Product Validation tool (when the product is already ready) we have a private validation mode, where you delist the project from the marketplace and keep it private with limited access. Ship fast, validate fast! Are there any cases where users have used this product to validate their ideas and achieved good results, such as determining that an idea is not worth pursuing futhre?

@bonvisions great question. Actually, a really big amount of ideas/concepts is not validated on Prelaunch :) and we are proud to not let into the markets hundreds of products, that would ultimately be failing. When the product is not validated on Prelaunch, that still is a big win as somebody just saved a lot of resources and time (and mental energy) to spend on something that doesn't work.
