Hey! I am Dennis and I live in Ukraine.
With over 10 years in customer support, I’ve grown into a ninja supporter at Keywords Studios. Along the way, I’ve handled more than 7,000 tickets with quick turnaround times, helped mentor new agents, and kept our customer satisfaction consistently above 4 close to 5.
I’ve also worked with dev teams to improve game features and squash bugs - always aiming to boost quality and efficiency. From my early days at Namecheap to now, I’ve contributed to product improvements and built out knowledge bases, all while keeping customer support and security front and center.
Open to: Full-time, Independent Contractor fully remote roles in Support and related fields. "Technical" Support is included and prioritized, but I may need some time for trainings or self-studying.
