@codynhat no, and this is very intentional. Games is it's own place, separate from Tech. We want the early community of game lovers to be the contributors and curators from the beginning.
Nice to see other categories being introduced and will be interesting to see what other catagoires sprout up.
One thing: I can't seem to see any way to unsubscribe from the Games newsletter.
@mrcunsolo in the Games Digest email you should see a link at the bottom to unsubscribe. Shoot hello@producthunt.com if you have any trouble finding it! We'll be adding the Games digest to your user settings on the site soon as well but we weren't able to fit it in before today's release.
Thanks @rrhoover, yeah I just waited to receive the digest and did it that way. Would be cool to see homewares/fashion/films eventually.

Stoked about this. Always felt a little bad posting a game to the tech stuff as they tended to get overwhelmed by all the great tech products out there. Now they won't, love it.

It would be cool if the upvotes somehow correlated with the people who have actually played a particular game too. Right now I think they more represent the concept/design/broad execution of a game than they do people who have spent any serious time actually playing it. I could be wrong. It just seems fun to get an upvote off quick if you like what you see and read. Some games have a long story arc before the user gets playing, and I would be interested to see maybe a second rating of actually play-ability at some point.

Really like the new design, Ryan! Kudos to the team for such a slick layout. Also really like the categorization of tech and games! It really opens up the possibility for other categories. :)
