@khach thanks a lot! Sure. The score is affected by the following predefined modifiers: 1. Persona compatibility (the persona should be set on Leanbe beforehand) 2. Usage of features 3. Impact on revenue 4. CLV (customer lifetime value) 5. Accuracy 6. Activity and contributions Of course, you can also add your own custom modifier and it will affect the score as well. Please, let me know if you have any other questions regarding the scores or anything else, really.

@khach Thanks for your kind words and the interesting question. The score is calculated taking into account modifier values. The first type of those modifiers are calculated using mathematical formulas. We use AI to determine the value of several other score modifiers. For example, the accuracy of customer's voice based on the data we get over the time. Another example is the usage of features (feature adoption). In the future, we are also going to use the AI to do sentiment analysis and generate content for release notes, ideas and documentation.

Today is a big day for me. I believe we're making history with this launch. So carefully thought out, Leanbe 2.0 is, in fact, revolutionary, as it doesn’t use any pre-defined prioritization framework. We've created an algorithm that takes into account various factors, such as customer feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis, to help you prioritize your product roadmap. Had a quick look at your product and it really seems like you have thought of everything. I really like how you are linking all the different "areas" together. The features are put in relation to the personas and I love how you work with scores as well. All these strategic tools like OKRs, personas etc. only use their full potential when they are used together and I think you have totally achieved this here. Also, your idea to include demo data to explore your product is a really good idea! Good luck with this!
