Sadly I cannot recommend Promotehour's services. As @stas_kulesh I paid a Grand Coverage with guaranteed results. 10 months have passed and all I got was an article on a blog that sends 1 visitor/month. They said they tried, but delivered nothing. Sadly, I did not get a refund, but communication blackout. Maybe @jitsalunke or @soundankar can answer me here.
Update in progress: @jitsalunke contacted me and is working on resolving this situation. Will let you know how it turns out.
@stas_kulesh Hi, sadly absolutely nothing yet... @jitsalunke. I will wait 1 more week. If nothing happens, I will go through legal channels... @viktorhanacek -> We should talk some more and find a solution to recover our money.
We have been trying quite a while to deliver a coverage for Alex's startup. We did multiple rounds of outreach but there is only so much we can do in PR at this price point. So, we decided to move on this and offer a 50% refund as per the money back guarantee.
Also, we have conveyed the same to @viktorhanacek and we have already processed the 50% refund for Stas.
We are the only PR service that 1. Charge so less for a PR campaign 2. And still, offer a refund if we don't deliver a coverage.
Despite that, we had to offer a refund to only 30-40 of 300+ clients we worked with. Here is the screenshot of our earnings for everyone to decide: https://imgur.com/a/FphIo
Jit and his team helped Sundots get some great press very quickly. They are responsive, care to represent clients' brands accurately, and are easy to collaborate with.
Pros:
RESULTS!, great communication, transparent pricing, they clearly hustle and care about clients' success
Cons:
Could be a little faster to hand over contacts who express interest
I've used Promotehour for a few of our Kickstarter launches, most recently for the Keystone Mechanical Keyboard - https://www.kickstarter.com/proj...
It was a great experience, they got us a ton of coverage and were very clear to communicate the entire time. Would recommend and would use again.
Report
The Promotehour team is a very dedicated and efficient team that will do their best to get a good exposure of your PR campaign.
They worked for two months with our `Done for you` campaign. They collaborated perfectly with us, wrote multiple PRs, and run campaigns with different angles till achieving great results.
If you don't want to do the PR on your own, I highly recommend Jit and the team.
@jitsalunke On the last Promote Hour, there was types of links, like "free" or "paid". And the short description of every site was also good. I only miss these two features.
Also, I've downloaded the excel file about press coverage, very useful document. Thank you.
@robert_melkonyan Yeah, we wanted to see whether the excel file is useful or not. It seems like it is :)
We plan to add more media outlets, categorize as per the beat they cover. That will help founders to find relevant ones and pitch to them.
Stay tuned for Promotehour 3.0 :)

Paid $599 for help with promotion of my project. Without any results. Year later still waiting for promised at least 50% refund 🤷🏻♂️
Pros:Good free resource
