I used to be so interested in Framer. But the steep learning curve is just too much for a designer. I always end up searching online for the most mundane errors. That is when I started looking for alternatives. I tried Principle, Invision Studio and Proto.io. When I tried Protopie, I was immediately hooked. The concept is so easy to understand, making it so approachable. I found myself spending less time googling for answers and more time creating stuff!

Won’t have time to dig into this until later but I was wondering can components can trigger actions in other components? I’d imagine this could be accomplished with variables but wondering if there’s a purpose built mechanism.
