Pulseboard - Weekly marketing dashboards that tell you what to fix

by•
Pulseboard reads your marketing data and tells you what to fix. Real example: it caught our Facebook posts with links getting 14 impressions vs 184 without, a 13x gap. The fix was one line. Every channel, one page, every Monday. From $149/mo per dashboard.

Hey PH! I'm Chris, I run a small marketing agency called Movou Digital Marketing.

Every Friday afternoon I used to spend 2 to 3 hours pulling data from Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta, GBP, and social platforms to build weekly reports for clients. By the time I was done crunching numbers, I barely had time to actually analyze what the data meant, let alone write useful recommendations.

So I built Pulseboard. Every Monday it automatically pulls data from all your marketing channels and builds a clean, branded dashboard. But the real value is the AI recommendations layer. Instead of just showing you charts and hoping you figure out what to do, Pulseboard tells you exactly what is working, what is not, and what to change, referencing your actual posts, keywords, and metrics.

Two ways to use it:

For agencies: White-label dashboards under your own brand, sent automatically to your clients every Monday. $149/mo founding member price (normally $199). Your clients see your logo, your colors, your agency name.

For business owners: A fully managed, turnkey setup where we connect everything, configure your dashboard, and handle it all. $499/mo + $500 one-time setup. You get a dashboard every Monday with zero effort on your end.

Would love your feedback. What would make this more useful for your workflow?

 Congrats - looks awesome!

Thanks Rob! I put a lot of time into it and am pretty proud of what it became.

 This is fantastic Chris. Congratulations!

Thank you Mark! I'm pretty excited and very happy with how the project turned out.

Getting those reports automatically every Monday would free up so much time for actually understanding the data and improving campaigns.

Definitely, Nick! Ease of use and the intelligence cooked into it is a huge advantage for any business owner looking for optimize their time and scale their business.

It really does. I love the time savings, but the repeated optimization capabilities are endless and SUPER helpful.

Looks great! It really makes a tedious task of pulling together data so much simpler.

EXACTLY! I can't tell you how many hours it's saved me with all my clients over the past 6-8 months. ALSO, it gives the client specifics on what the data means and what to do next. Both things that are generally roadblocks I spend a lot of time untangling to get them on track and understanding.

Midday update, and a real example of what "tells you what to fix" actually means.

Back in May, Pulseboard flagged something on our own Facebook page. Posts with no link averaged 184 impressions. Posts linking to our blog or podcast averaged 14. That's a 13x gap.

A normal dashboard had all of that data. It just never said it out loud. Pulseboard's recommendation that week was one line: stop putting links in the post body, move them to the first comment.

That's the whole product. Not "engagement is down." The specific thing to change, and why.

Thanks to everyone who's commented so far. What's the one number in your marketing you've never been able to explain?
