This is great! As you mention, virtual assistants are needed, but they're also often less helpful that they should be. Really appreciate the innovative focus and the Hipaa compliance. Excellent work!!

We're talking to a lot of Healthcare organizations that see real benefits in utilizing AI chatbots for their practice: answering mundane FAQs, drafting email responses, finding data quickly, providing quick answer responses etc. We hope that by providing the layer of HIPAA compliance /security (at an affordable cost) more healthcare organizations will be able to leverage the amazing potential of conversational AI.

@sakthi_vignesh1 _ SmartChat Assistant can be used responsibly by healthcare professionals to provide assistance, not to replace them. It won't be used to prescribe medication. But it could be used to explain the side affects of a medication to an individual, or to remind patients to take medication prescribed by a doctor.
