Great SEO plugin! :) Kudos @bhanuahluwalia and the team to for building this. It's an amazing plugin, fully featured and extremely useful. Quick question - does your sitemap engine includes .pdfs and href langs into it? On the websites where I installed the plugin I dont have those... and couldn't confirm. But I'd bet they would be great features for all SEO peeps and website owners around.

@nikola_kozuljevic Hi Nikola - glad to hear that you like the plugin! No, we do not include PDFs and href tags. PDFs and other files are not included since those are attachments to posts/pages, and are not a separate post/page/custom post type. But, if the page which has files like a PDF, for example, they are indexable so Google will crawl and index them. Href lang tags are added to the posts and thus not needed in the Sitemaps. We show the default URL and Google or other search engines can get translated URLs from the original post checking the Href lang tags. Hope that helps!

@bhanuahluwalia Hey Bhanu, yup helped a lot. So maybe there's a feature for expansion - to allow user to identify which .pdfs to include into the sitemap? Not sure how you build sitemap now, but it seems through db. Adding another reference for custom content to db and then to sitemap may come in handy. (If that makes any sense from your perspective). Great plugin nevertheless! Kudos again.

For now, we do have the plans to introduce the keyword tracking feature in the plugin and that will be made available in the coming months. It is better if it also calculated the score based on past data!

Pros:

Better the Yoast. Easy to configure and automatically collected the data from Yoast!

Cons:

After exporting the data from Yoast, i still need to update posts manually so see the SEO scores!

Hi @lovelesh Thanks a ton for your feedback. We cannot update the posts automatically as doing so might get the website owner penalized by Google. It is safe to assume that Google would expect changing the content inside the posts and not doing so might get a website penalized - tricking the system by showing the last updated in the search results and they might not send their crawlers to the website as much as they would. This might result in lost traffic and even worst - a penalization. That is the reason we do not update the older posts automatically and at the same time - updating a post manually and making changes is quite essential as compared to simply updating the date. Please let me know if our reasoning makes sense. If there's something else, we can definitely improve the process. Thank you again for all your help. 🙏

Pros:

The work they have done with RankMath is phenomenal, with light-weight features and great customer support!

Cons:

I'd like it to have keyword research as well for the focus keywords
