Recruiter Roles Launch

by

Hey everyone, I'm Paul, the creator of RecruiterRoles.

Recruiters spend their careers helping other people find jobs, but when they need a new role themselves, they're stuck on Indeed and LinkedIn scrolling past thousands of irrelevant results.

Type "recruiter jobs" on any major board and you get software engineers, sales reps, and office managers mixed in with actual recruiting positions. It's a search problem that gets worse the more specific you want to be.

RecruiterRoles fixes that. It's a job board that only lists recruiter and talent acquisition jobs. Nothing else. Every listing on the site is an actual recruiting role / sourcer, TA lead, recruitment consultant, headhunter, the lot.

Because recruiters know exactly what they're looking for, the filters are built around how they actually think about their next move: remote vs on-site, agency vs in-house, sector (tech, healthcare, finance, legal), and experience level. No account needed to browse or search.

Under the hood, the site scrapes and classifies recruiter jobs from across the web using role-specific taxonomy, so listings stay relevant without manual curation. Employers can also post directly. And if you're a builder, there's a free API to work with the data.

I built this because the niche seemed obvious but nobody had filled it. Recruiters are one of the few professional communities without a dedicated job board of their own. They deserve one that actually works for them.

Would love your feedback and especially from anyone in recruiting who can tell me what's missing.
