Reflect with Facilitron is a 1:1 AI‑facilitated session that uses a structured board to guide you from reflection on the past year to a clear vision for the next. Filo, our AI facilitator, helps you fill cards across themes like Highlights, Challenges, Lessons Learned, North Star, and Focus Areas, then turns them into a simple plan. It’s a personal preview of Facilitron, our AI Meeting Orchestration platform for teams.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
Siddarth here – product designer and facilitator, now building Facilitron, an AI Meeting Orchestration platform for teams.
Most “year in review” tools give you a list of questions and a blank page. You type a bit, get distracted, and the insights never make it into how you actually work or lead.
With Reflect with Facilitron, we wanted to bring real facilitation into that moment.
You step into a visual board with two arcs:
Reflection – Highlights, Challenges, Lessons Learned, Relationships, Energy Audit
Vision – North Star, Focus Areas, Anticipated Obstacles, Relationships, Skills & Capabilities
Over a 30–40 minute 1:1 session, Filo, our AI facilitator, guides you through this board – asking follow‑ups, helping you name patterns, and turning everything into a simple focus you can actually commit to.
This launch is a small, personal experiment on the path to Facilitron, where the same orchestration will support team sessions: strategy, retros, offsites, decision‑making meetings and more.
Would really value your feedback on:
How the board structure felt (too simple / too complex?)
Where Filo felt like a genuine facilitator vs “just another chatbot”
Whether you’d want this kind of facilitation layered onto your team’s meetings

Thank you for checking it out and for any comments, questions, or suggestions – will be in the thread all day.

This is an interesting concept 👀 A lot of us jump into the new year without actually pausing to reflect on what worked and what didn’t. I like how this feels less like a “goal-setting app” and more like a guided thinking space. Curious to see how this evolves in future versions!

Builder here 👋 We designed this first version with a clear belief: reflection shouldn’t feel like work. Instead of users managing prompts, steps, or tools, we focused on building an AI-led flow that guides the thinking, controls the canvas when needed, and lets the user stay focused and present. This is just v1, but the foundation is intentionally built for more adaptive modes and deeper facilitation. Would love feedback from the community — it’ll directly shape what we build next
