Fell in love with RemoteHQ right from the first time I used it. Weβd be on appear.in for a long time, but 3 things immediately struck me as better:
1. The name RemoteHQ is perfectly positioned for the current trend in remote work, and to scale beyond video meeting
2. The βtileβ system reminds me of Notionβs βblocksβ approach, both of which are game-changing innovations in their respective spaces (insane flexibility to move, resize, minimize, etc. all the tiles)
3. The ability to add/remove Apps as needed
Since speaking with the founders, itβs clear that this is going to be a trend-seteting conferencing tool for remote teams, and I canβt wait to upgrade as soon as video recording is released! π
Anything Waikit builds is bound to be π₯.
Got to see an early version of this over the summer and was blown away by the speed of this.
Go try it and see for yourself.
@anujadhiya Thanks! Very flattered but the credit really goes to my teammates

@waikit demo'd the product for me a while back. Damn! Just when you thought all the innovation had been tapped out of webRTC and desktop conferencing by WebEx and Zoom, RemoteHQ blows the field away with truly game-changing collaboration features. You gotta experience it to believe it
Awesome product and congratulations on the launch! Can't wait to get our team on this solution!

It is incredible to see the discipline in product alterations during the years to increase such complicated remote team communications! Thank you for your work and cheers for the great developments!
Really cool! Curious, is there a collection of use cases where the shared browser or apps directly on RemoteHQ vs. a passive shared screen really shines?
@jim_kleban We don't anything written out but that's great idea! We'll put something together. We see lots of uses cases - team collaboration (going thru github, trello, invision, even already collaborative tools like google docs, etc where anyone can just make a quick edit), prod feedback (let a user play with a staging web app and see what she does right/wrong), sales demos (instant test drive), onboarding/training (give control to other users, learning by doing), support + customer success (resolve issues collaboratively), etc. What we found is when anyone can control in a WYSIWYG and contextual manner, makes the whole experience very organic and intuitive vs. "ok I'm making this change now, do you guys see it?". It's a bit like hailing a cab vs. getting an Uber/Lyft on phone. Here's an interesting one - we had someone help his mom filter for and buy a plane ticket on Kayak using the Shared Browser.

Looks great! Congrats @waikit@lws. That transcription feature is super slick! ;-)
Almost every single company now has some part of their team working remotely. I really like how RemoteHQ allows team to remain productive even if they're not physically together.
@tomiwa Thanks! Our team is pretty much global from the start and that has helped informed how we built our platform. We have more unique features coming soon that further makes it easy for teams to get work done together. Stay tuned!
