@sasha_buratynskyi Yes, I think so. For B2C usually it was not cost-effective to have sales reps to talk to consumers with small check, and you would need a lot of them. The avatar fix the problem of cost and scale.

@sasha_buratynskyi It is trained and customized more for b2b sales in terms of the sales funnel. We have goals for the AI such as push website visitors to book a demo, start a trial or provide contact information. Usually b2c sales do not require these steps, but you can always just feed in the info to the bot and let it consult your b2c webtraffic rather than sell to them☺️

However, a real sales rep will still deliver the best answers, especially if an AI copilot is listening in and can provide specific market and competition insights when the customer asks and the sales rep lacks the info.

Fantastic product! When generating an answer from the database, can AI locate just text, or does it discover images and videos too?

@george_ryaboy Thanks for the kind words! ☺️Right now, Reply AI Chat primarily works with text. However, if there's text within an image in a PDF document, the AI can definitely pick that up and learn from it too. We're always looking to expand capabilities, so stay tuned for any updates!
