Interesting comments on here - for those who are not full time marketers trying to gain an edge in the PH space; Running a regular business is extremely time consuming and nearly impossible to maintain any level of consistency amidst the continual surprises and attention grabbing fires that need to be put out. If your business itself is marketing then yes you should be interacting directly - it's your brand - but for the rest of us it's not so easy. For inventors, founders and actual creators it's not so simple. When we fall of the wagon of responding and fail to meet the demands as slaves to the algorithm we get unfairly punished with lower ranking or worse - upset customers who didn't get a response. I'm excited to try this out to know that I won't get punished for trying to be a founder but that I can pick up the convos where they left off when my time allows again.
