As second intense lockdown approached, I was planning to record my meals and calorie intake. Now I don't have to waste time on building the tables and all in Notion.

Protein is important for me to track because of my workout diet plan. Keeping a digital meal planner will let me revise my meals more frequently since most of my time is on the PC

I really like the convenience of an inbuilt macro database, I won't have to go on to my fitness pal or other websites for this purpose. All is complete in my template
