Thank you @nikkielizdemere for hunting Chatterbox. We believe that for modern Internet Companies, every employee should take active participation to respond to live customer chats. Since Slack has become the de facto standard of communication in organizations, what better than allowing users to respond from the same Slack interface.
In addition, all your Chat contacts will automatically get stored in a dynamic segment. You can create autoresponders, Drip, and Behavioral Campaigns to convert them into paying customers.
In my personal experience, I have seen that when it comes to Live Chat, my customers expect an immediate response. Even if I may not have an answer, I can respond from my Slack mobile and ensure that someone in my company is working on the customer need. Resolution is secondary, the response is primary.
Chatterbox will help reduce the response times to a matter of seconds since anyone (authorized in the Channel) in your organization will now be able to respond from their Slack. I hope that every internet company can benefit from improved customer success.

@palash76 yes, I did check the spam and searched my inbox and waited for a bit. I thought maybe you guys were getting a lot of traffic from PH and sometimes it's not easy to handle. But no, the mail didn't appear. I'm sorry.
@pupeno Our transactional email provider SendGrid had latency issues yesterday and today as well. We have migrated to SES and the verification emails are going now. Someone from my team will resend your verification link shortly. Thank you for your understanding.
@dkornyukhov Thank you. Apart from the live chat, your contact data gets stored in a segment. Chatterbox is capable of automatic lead engagement as well, using autoresponders, drip and behavioural campaigns via email, SMS, push and more.
Well we just did some major updates on Chatterbox. Such overwhelming response made us do more.
While we tried to respond to every chat that came in, even late in the night, we did miss a few at extreme awkward hours. Plus many were so excited that they just pinged us and never responded, did not even pass their email ids for us to respond back. I know they were having fun. :-)
So we built a bot and made it appear as human as possible. This bot collects the email id and only then passes the chat to a human agent. If I wouldn't have told you this, you would not even have realised it. Lol. Now let this remain a secret between us. :-). What say?
