I've been on both sides of the game, and in terms of recruiting, this tool is really useful in facilitating and automating everything, giving useful analytics and insights when profiling. I just used it with a candidate, and the interview through AI was absolutely great. I really enjoyed it, and the naturalness of the responses and interaction is incredible. Highly recommended.
