Riverside Agents is a team of AI agents built only for video, working inside Riverside’s tools for conversations and talking-head videos.

Problem: Making a video takes a lot of work beyond the recording itself: prepping the session, editing, clipping, captioning and posting. Per Riverside, that work used to fall on one person, and general-purpose AI tools aren’t built for it.

Solution: Riverside Agents splits that work between four agents:

  • Producer preps the session, such as suggesting guest questions, and helps run the recording

  • Editor turns raw recordings into a finished episode, tightens pacing, cleans audio and suggests B-roll or motion graphics

  • Clipper finds the best moments and cuts them into social clips

  • Marketer writes captions and schedules posts

What makes it different: The agents work natively inside Riverside, not in a separate chat tool. After a recording they suggest work proactively, and you can ask for changes in plain language. You choose how much to automate and can do the rest by hand, and nothing is published until you approve it.

Key features:

  • Remove pauses and filler words, build rough cuts, and add branding and captions

  • Create clips from the best moments

  • Draft captions and newsletters, and schedule posts

  • Build webinar pages and invites for businesses, and turn interviews into testimonials

  • Review clips, approve them and tweak edits from your phone

  • Approval before anything is published

Who it’s for: Podcasters, creators and teams that record conversations or talking-head videos and want help with everything after the recording.

Worth knowing: Included in every Riverside plan, with features depending on your plan, and a 14-day free trial.

Features that use AI credits, like video enhancement, still use credits when an agent applies them. The agents are built only for video, so they don’t do general-purpose tasks.

Most impressive!!

Since they released this I fired my production crew for my podcast and completely automated everything end to end. Saves me $1400/mo

The Producer agent is the part that stands out to me — most tools like this only help after you hit record, but suggesting guest questions and helping run the session moves the help to before the recording even starts. That's usually where a good episode is won or lost.

I have been using Riverside and can't wait to try my hands on this new feature. Good job guys!!

The approval gate before publishing makes sense, but I'm more curious about the Clipper's "best moment" judgment upstream of that. Viral-clip heuristics tend to favor generic high-energy beats, which can pull a line out of context and change what it sounds like someone said. Does the Clipper learn from which suggested clips you reject, or does every session start from the same baseline model with no memory of your past edits?

Splitting the work into a producer, an editor, a clipper and a marketer mirrors how a video team is actually staffed, and making me approve the post is the only reason I would let the clipper near my channel.

Love that the agents live natively inside the recording workflow and nothing gets published until you approve it, a thoughtful take on keeping humans in control.

Congrats on the launch. When the Marketer schedules a clip, does it adjust for each platform? We ran into this ourselves: LinkedIn won’t take a video as a Short, only as a normal post, and YouTube wants a title and tags. Does the agent know those rules, or do I set them once per channel?
