Rize is a time tracker that makes you more productive. It helps you be more in control of your workday and builds better habits by encouraging you to be more focused and more efficient. Currently available on macOS. Windows and Linux coming soon.
@andrew_keats We have a 14 day free trial so I'd encourage you to try it out and see what you think. I'd love to hear your thoughts. Everyone gets value from Rize a bit differently but here's a few ways that I find value from Rize:
1. Understanding how much meeting time vs focus time I'm getting each day. Prioritizing focus work (or deep work) and keeping an eye on time in meetings is really important for me to stay productive.
2. Knowing if I'm taking (or not taking usually haha) enough breaks. Rize has been hugely beneficial in encourage healthier work habits for me. The break reminders are a great.
3. Knowing how much I'm working each day and week to avoid overworking. I've found this key to avoiding burnout.
4. Understanding what apps and websites are most distracting to me and preventing from me from getting focus work done. My Twitter usage has been dropping since using Rize (though still a bit too high haha).
5. Remember what exactly I worked on each day.
I'd love for you to try out Rize and hear what you think.
@sanchit_goyal1 The utilization stats for my machine (MacBook Pro, 2.6GHz 6-Core i7, 16 GB DDR4, Radeon Pro 560X 4GB) CPU is about 4% of total processor usage, less than 0.1% GPU usage, and about 215 MB of RAM.

I love your objectives and how you describe them! 💚 I’ll make sure to keep following where you are headed with Rize.
This has been a total lifesaver for me.
1. I DEFINITELY am not good at taking breaks on my own (Rize corrects that organically)
2. It's the most hands-off time tracking I've encountered, and I *LOVE* it for that. Even outside of a browser, it's amazing at quantifying where my time goes.
3. Gamifying my time by giving it a score makes me focus more on how I'm actually using my time (I need to keep that high Focus Score, yo)
TL:DR — Amazing, hands-off, beautiful interface, and allowed me to replace all of my other time-tracking apps (it even imports my gCal events).
@eddiebarth1 Thank you so much for the review and for being such an amazing user for so long. Your feedback has been incredibly valuable to us!

I signed up for Rize as an alpha user many months ago and I'm loving it! This has become an indispensable tool for me as I work on managing my many tasks and optimizing my time. I'm inherently a pretty organized person, but days would get away from me and I often felt overwhelmed by the multitude of work-streams and applications I leverage for personal and professional projects. I really appreciate the visibility and find that I'm now able to hold myself accountable and more easily iterate when needed. FWIW, Rize has been an equally helpful service during my personal and misc projects, nonprofit work, job search, and now full-time role.
LOVE!! 😍😍😍
Have been using Rize for a few weeks now, and I have to say, I LOVE it. Balancing my focus/work time and meeting time has been a challenge since COVID, but since Rize I’ve been able to make sure I’m working the right amount of hours each day, and making time for the important stuff.
I set it up in 30 seconds, and it has run automatically since then. It’s already become a core part of my toolset, and what's truly crazy is... I'm actually IMPROVING... it's working!!!!
most tools I stop using after a week or two because they just don't materially change my productivity. my productivity, feeling of satisfaction, and general happiness have all RIZE-N!!! thanks guys can't say that enough.
