been using rize for the past few months. gotta say that it's a stellar product experience, especially if you're a fan of using data to help optimize your productivity. the cofounders are also super responsive and nice to talk to :)

@eddiepluswang Thank you so much Eddie. We're supreme data junkies over here so it's great to hear others appreciate it too.
Macgill Davis
@eddiepluswang Thanks so much Eddie! Been awesome having you as a user!

Looks like a cool way to track productivity. One thing I have been looking for and hope can be added is that there are certain tasks within an app that can be a time waster and could be curbed. Like whether you are on your public news feed rather than your business page. Commenting on business centric posts rather than regular posts. A more granular look.
Will Goto
@rpb_design We would love to eventually have something that granular. The challenge is that it would require us to connect to these apps somehow, or potentially use computer vision, but that's quite a bit advanced for us at the moment.
Macgill Davis
@rpb_design That's a really interesting use case. We don't support that feature now but we do plan on building more integrations down the line to get even more granular tracking data.

An alternative to Rescue time!
Will Goto
@alejandro_leaustia yes! A lot of our users have previously used Toggl as well.

Been using Rize for a few months and it's such a thoughtfully designed product. Macgill and Will (that rhymed) really care about solving this problem elegantly, and it shows. So excited to see this grow and continually improve!

@magusnn thanks so much Noah! Glad to have you as a user since the early days. 🍻
Macgill Davis
@magusnn Thank you Noah!

Excited to try this! Just installed and it looks great. I have been using timing which works similarly and is a great app as well but it does not track what I am doing with my browser, just that it is active, which has been the big downside for me since so much of my work is done in a browser these days. I love that it auto-tracks, any time tracker in the past I have always forgotten to turn on at some point.
Will Goto
@noaviv that’s great to hear, Lori! Definitely feel free to send any feedback our way at any time.

Looks good! Congrats on the launch!

@tony_choi thank you, Tony!
Sherjan
Guys, extremely highly quality UX/UI for a freshly launched app! Love the video tutorials too btw. Quick question: would my account consolidate activity across different devices? (Work desktop / Home laptop, etc.)
Will Goto
@sherjan Hey Sherjan, if you use them at different times it will consolidate activity. However, if you have Rize installed on both computers and both are open at the same time, you might see some duplicate tracking information or weird aggregations. Thanks for trying Rize out! 🙏🏽
