I was a busy solo founder failing at gym consistency. So I built the solution.

Hi Product Hunt,

I’m a solo entrepreneur and a total fitness freak. But balancing both used to be a nightmare.

A year ago at the gym, I realized I was spending more time logging reps than actually working out. As a solo founder, I have a hundred things on my plate; I don't want my fitness app to feel like another "job" where I’m a data-entry clerk. I didn't like the endless logging. I wanted to be able to say, "I want my physique to look like this," and have someone tell me exactly what to do and check in on me every week.

So, I built a small tool for myself.

The goal was simple: No more manual logging. Instead of typing in numbers, I just started taking progress photos or gym mirror selfies. I built an AI to analyze those photos, track my actual physical changes, and pivot my plan automatically based on how I was progressing toward my specific goal.

I’ve used it myself for the last 12 months, and for the first time, I actually achieved the physique I’ve been chasing for years. It worked for me because it removed the friction.

I decided to polish it up and share it with the world today. If you’re a busy person who is tired of counting calories and manual logging and just wants to see results in the mirror, I hope this helps you stay consistent.

I’d love to hear your thoughts or any feedback you have!
