Rolljak is a platform where gamified learning meets synchronous collaboration — boost participation, creative thinking, teamwork, and innovative discussions in minutes with bite-sized and time-boxed activities, perfect for any occasion or audience size.
Hey Product Hunters!
We’re @adityabatura and @nauxaijmil, the co-founders of Rolljak. We’ve been building Rolljak for the last 3.5 years and today we are super excited to share Rolljak 2.0 with you - a game-based collaborative learning platform.
❓ The Problem
Most learning platforms are great for running quizzes and surveys but do not support or promote collaboration and teamwork like real-time collaboration tools do. At the same time, most collaboration tools are not scalable to run with really large crowds and are not the most accessible to those who don’t do collaborative work every day.
✅ The Solution
Think of Rolljak as a cross between Kahoot’s gamification and Miro’s facilitation of collaborative work - the best of both worlds. Rolljak is blending the divides between collaboration tools and learning platforms to provide a hybrid experience which aims to supercharges engagement and unlock the potential of running collaborative activities for any audience or occasion while still giving you the option of running quizzes and surveys, making it easy to use in classrooms and workplaces alike.
How does Rolljak do that?
✔️ Rolljak supports various activity types - both open and close-ended - MCQs, polls, sketched or text responses, and even an AI-powered Auto Scoring Quiz
✔️ Activities are structured in ways that enable you to hear from everyone and nobody gets left out of the discussion
✔️ With our collaboration feature, your participants get to build on each other’s responses in a game-based environment
✔️ Use our different peer-evaluation methods to crowdfund, down-select, vote, rank, rate, or categorize responses to let the best responses or ideas emerge democratically and organically
✔️ Team Mode is just one click away to foster a collaborative environment for project-based discussions or some healthy competition
✔️ View responses as well as reports and analytics of your session instantly

@adityabatura@nauxaijmil great work putting this together. Have been using kahoot and Miro separately for sales clinic collabs. Things will be much more streamlined with Rolljak 2.0.
@gajandran_prabuu Thank you Gajan. I'm sure it'll be a refreshing experience for your students.

Congratz guys! Can't wait to try this, collaborative gamified app is what we need in today's hybrid or even remote environment. It's challenging to connect meaningfully with people we work with, especially when it's online. So this app might be the solution for that.
@adhis_siswanto yes definitely try it out with your team. It's perfect for having some fun or even facilitating serious discussions or brainstorming amongst your colleagues.

Congrats on the launch! Gamification is the future of education, that's clear. How the teacher can interact with the students while the game is going on? Is there a chat or something like that? And is it possible to create your own game or only use the ready made ones?
@ricardoturpin Gamification is definitely the future. Teachers can see what the students are doing (this feature is coming soon) but there isn't a chat. Instead Rolljak is best using over web conferencing like Zoom or in person. Its definitely possible to create your own sessions, ask the questions you want to ask and customise it to your liking.
