How do founders prep answers before the first investor call?

Most founders prep a pitch. They should prep answers. The first call is five questions, not a 12-minute monologue.

How I have seen it work:

1. Write the five answers the night before, in plain English, with numbers

2. Time each one to 30 seconds. If they want more, they will ask

3. For anything you do not know, write the follow-up sentence, not a fake number

4. Practice once out loud. Not a script. A structure
